2009 Arts Center Tree
We just finished decorating our tree for
the arts Center!
We named it "The Best Christmas Tree Ever!" and had a great time putting it together.
A crew of 5 worked all morning and were very proud to see it completed. 
One of the five was behind the camera, but you can see how pleased we all were!
South Arkansas Arts Center sponsors the Parade of Trees each year. In 2009 we decided to participate and spent a couple of meetings creating ornaments for our tree. One of our member's Mother and Aunt did a great job of creating some incredible beaded and spangled ornaments! Thanks ladies...
Five of us spent a fun Monday morning decorating the tree and making decisions about the name for it and about the types of gifts we would purchase the three young boys in the family we chose to receive the tree. After lunch two of us went shopping and got most everything on the boy's list.
This project helped make a local family's Christmas just a bit brighter and helped us get into the true Christmas Spirit.
